Har Sansthan Aek Divyang (Every office one Person with Disability)

This is the mission we are working whereby we aim to employ Divyangjan in every office and every department.  This will bring inclusivity in real manner.  It will boost confidence among People with Disability.  Lots of Divyangjan go through very difficult life as they don’t get job besides being technically strong, as a result they live below average life and stay dependent on their family the entire life. CSR contribution need to make them employable and self-sustainable.  

Skill Development Training to Disadvantage People:

Development training to BPL group / disadvantage group is the key for building a healthier society and wealthy nation.  We impart training under 25 sectors and for over 100+ job roles.  So far we have imparted training to over 65000+ students and placed over 45000+ students.

Healthcare Sector – Frontline Worker, Elderly Care Giver

Tragic and devastating second wave of COVID-19 has taken many lives and imbalance the economy of many countries.  There was huge shortage of beds and oxygen in the hospitals.  Mortality rate went quite high, due to sudden spike in cases as proper care was not given to patients in the hospitals.  Whereas 80-85% of the patient needed moderate support and only 10-15% needed support of oxygen and critical care.

High shortage of Primary healthcare workers was badly felt.

Also when it comes to Elderly care given India needs to develop a good pipeline which can meet the future requirements of the world.  Many countries people there are no younger one to take care of elderly, therefore if India build the strong pipeline of Healthcare worker it will be a big support for the humanity.

Early Age Child Education of Baggers, Underprivileged and Slums students

One of the most critical time periods in child development and learning is from birth to five years old. The first five years of child development is crucial to their health, wellbeing, and the overall trajectory of their lives in a variety of ways.

This is the time when we want to intervene in the lives of children who have been forced for begging, children whose parents are not able to send their kids in good school.  Malnutrition, ugly habits of surrounding is the biggest challenge in their upbringing. 

 

Navjyoti Transforming Lives & Careers Society (NGO) has its own Nursery School in the urban area Sector 45, Gurugram Haryana 122003.  It has slum nearby and village where most of the people are below poverty line. 

May we propose to take approx. 100 students under your flagship CSR funding.

Early Age Intervention for the Speech & Hearing Impaired babies and their parents

Children who born with SHI (Speech & Hearing Impaired) disability  struggle to study in the school. Therefore early intervention will help  them living normal life.

We will start imparting sign language training (online/offline) to children  between age group of 1 to 10 years along with their parents & family  members. Majority children would be upto 5 years who need to attend  the school. Before starting the school they would know how to  communicate with teacher, parents, brother, sister and society. This will  bring remarkable impact in their life as  they will learn to live with  ease. The training will go online / offline at our various centres across  India. Initially we will look forward for only 200 Nos and once given the  success and based on the demand we can go for more numbers.

Skill Development of Widows & Single Mother

Based on our survey and experience, Widows at various places are struggling big  time for the livelihood of their family. They are bound to live at a earning of Rs.  2500/- per month. Also the same case goes with single mother who have been  divorced and she is no skill to earn livelihood have been struggling big time in the  society.    We did the CSR project with Powerlinks on skilling 100 Widows at  Varanasi and given good outcome. The Sewing machine were handedover to each  women and once they learnt the SHG were made. Today all these women are  independent and earning their livelihood. Navjyoti has also given them work to  stitch uniform for few schools and training centres. They have been registered on  Amazon Saheli and other online platform. Today their life has been changed and  living happily.  We are looking to replicate the same success stories with your  esteemed organization. Initially we would look forward for skilling 500 widows at  different 2-3 districts.

Women Empowerment:

We work towards empowering women and provide them skill training which are mostly men driven to ensure women are equally participating in the growth of the nation and meeting the demand in the Industry.  We train them on Plumbing, Electrician, Driving, Guard etc.  Other courses like Self Employed tailor, Beautician, Handicraft are also taken care as per the interest and the skill set of individual.  We have also done over 500 job fairs and multiple exclusive for the women.  We propose to do multiple such job fairs exclusive for women to get the swift employment.

Self-defense training for women

Self-defense training is the most critical project of us.  We want to train every women on this earth which will make them empowered and powerful.   We have a project which will create approx. 1 million jobs in India during next one years.  Looking forward for CSR contribution to make it reality.

Skill Development for Tribal Area Youth

Transform lives of people of tribal areas by providing them with a cohesive and unified learning platform with earning opportunities, thereafter. Lots of people travel abroad for earning good money and for better livelihood. They transfer lots of money back at home for their families which increases the spending power in India. Similarly people at Tribal area when they will come to Delhi/NCR it will be just like foreign for them. They will also learn, grow and help their families back at home. This will develop them socially, culturally, economically. On the other hand it will give boost to BPO who have been struggling with sustainability of manpower. High attrition, competitive pricing and insincerity in local people have been really hitting it hard. Therefore getting people from tribal area will work 02 Oxygen for them. At the time same it will develop the Tribal area. We look forward to train approx. 500 youth along with residential training.

Indian Sign Language Training to Parents:

Based on our experience, we have observed that over 80% of parents communicate with their kids on assumption basis, as they don’t learn the sign language.   To make a bond with the child, it is imperative to learn the sign language.  Parents are unable to give proper guidance, transfer values which are critical for a healthy and successful life. To ensure care is given to a Deaf child, teaching a sign language to parents is critical.  

Blood Donation

It is scientifically proven that blood donation helps to reduce cardiovascular risk. Regular blood donation is linked to lower blood pressure and a lower risk for heart attacks.  Therefore we want to help the donor first in keeping them fit and also the receiver for living long and healthy life.

Entrepreneurship Development Program certified by NIESBUD

Unemployment needs to be mitigated from multi directions. Development Self-Entrepreneurs is the need of the hours.  Govt. of India has taken multiple steps to boost the Startup India, Standup India and granted multiple loans under MSME and other schemes.  Our youth are taking loans but failing to run the business due to lack of complete knowledge.

To spread the awareness to coach to mentor youth to enable them to take calculated risk and start own business is the need of the hour.

 

We are NIESBUD partner and will drive this under multiple channels.  You may kindly contribute for this training so that we can motivate youth, train them on various skills, do the handholding, mentor them, make SHG (Self-Help-Group) so that they start own and generate new jobs in the market.  Out of 100 new startups, there is a possibility of atleast 200 (minimum) new jobs.
